Australia’s leading fresh ready-made meal provider Youfoodz is today launching a new high protein meal range under the sub-brand FUEL’D to target male ready-made meal consumers.

To launch this exciting new product range and sub-brand, Youfoodz have partnered with one of Australia’s most in-demand male athletes and star of Netflix’s Drive to Survive series, Aussie F1 star Daniel Ricciardo as the face of the FUEL’D range.

“I'm a fan of the Youfoodz brand and love their meals so I was genuinely excited about partnering with them as a brand ambassador to launch their new FUEL'D high protein meal range,” said Ricciardo.

“As an athlete I know just how hard it can be balancing nutrition with convenience and that's what Youfoodz do so well. They make healthy eating easy. The new FUEL'D range is packed full of quality protein, delicious, and keeps you fuller for longer.

“When things quieten down with racing this year, I'm looking forward to working with the team at Youfoodz to develop a new meal as part of the FUEL'D range,” said Ricciardo.

A regular podium-finisher, Ricciardo has christened steps around the world with a dousing of Aussie culture - the ‘Shoey’ - as he quaffed champagne from a soggy racing boot. FUEL’D see’s this trademark sense of humour and cheeky personality lent to Youfoodz for the new campaign.

“When we first sat down as a team to discuss who the perfect individual would be to launch our new high protein FUEL’D range, Daniel Ricciardo was at the top of our list,” explains Simon Jarvis, Youfood Chief Marketing Officer.

As for Ricciardo’s top three FUEL’D meals - the Steak, Chips & Gravy; Jerk Chicken & Rice; and Salmon Fettuccine - all packed with flavour and designed to take the guesswork out of eating well.
